The Team

Robert Bailey is an entrepreneur, business advisor, and capital formation professional with experience leading both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Throughout his career, he has worked with founders, executives, investors, and boards on growth strategy, fundraising, business development, strategic partnerships, and organizational leadership across multiple industries. His background includes capital access, investor relations, governance, market development, and organizational effectiveness, helping businesses and mission-driven organizations navigate growth and change. In addition to his advisory work, Mr. Bailey is a writer and publisher whose work focuses on leadership, decision-making, and organizational performance. Drawing on experience across commercial enterprises, nonprofit organizations, and investment-related initiatives, he brings a practical perspective on strategic growth, leadership, capital formation, and long-term value creation. He is the Founder of Surfrider Foundation NYC and recently Chairman of the Salvation Army of Palm Beach County.

Joseph Hooper is a business executive, private investor, and capital formation professional with more than 40 years of experience across oil and gas, real estate, technology, agriculture, and private-market investments. He has founded, owned, and operated companies in multiple industries and has extensive experience working directly with investors, structuring private offerings, and raising capital for energy, real estate, and growth-oriented ventures. Mr. Hooper has held Series 3, 7, 22, and 63 securities licenses and brings deep expertise in investment structuring, opportunity zones, and strategic business development. He also owns and operates an agricultural enterprise in Kentucky focused on row crops and commercial cattle operations. Outside of business, Mr. Hooper holds a black belt in Karate, trained in Goju Ryu and Goju-Shorei, and is an expert in weapons and hand-to-hand combat techniques. He has taught martial arts at multiple locations.

Operator

Michael Beane is a veteran oil and gas executive with more than 30 years of experience in exploration, drilling, production, and infrastructure development. He has led major field operations in the United States and internationally, including large-scale thermal recovery and enhanced recovery projects. As a partner in Bellevue Petroleum Corporation, he brings deep operational, technical, and project development expertise to the identification, evaluation, and execution of energy investments.

Arlie Beane is a veteran oil and gas entrepreneur and operator with decades of experience in exploration, drilling, production, and field development. Founder of TexEx Petroleum Corporation, he has participated in more than 2,000 wells and has led projects throughout the Southern United States. His expertise spans prospect development, production operations, and the management of mature energy assets, including the Bellevue Field redevelopment in Louisiana.
